Managed (Capped) Service Programs

You can contract with a service expert from Freedom Imaging to have your radiographic and/or processing equipment managed more pro-actively. With our Managed Service Programs (MSP) your assets receive the proper preventative maintenance and demand service for a flat rate. Parts may be additional under these contracts or included, depending on your preference.

The purpose of a managed contract is primarily budgeting related or to maintain an older piece of equipment without allowing service costs to get out of hand.

All contracts of this type require that the equipment to be covered be in an acceptable condition, i.e. manufacturer's specifications, prior to the start of the contract. This is the baseline that is set to maintain the equipment throughout the course of the contract.
