Quality Assurance (Q.A.) Protocols
Arguably the most expensive exam that is performed in any facility is the one
that must be repeated for lack of acceptable quality. Routine lack of an
acceptable image also limits the diagnostic abilities of the physician, while
disrupting the workflow of the department.
Our senior service engineers are uniquely qualified to help you minimize the
potentially costly and frustrating impact of senstometric variations, improper
calibration, electronic or mechanical difficulties and all the other
interconnected variations that serve to disrupt a quality image.
There is no time-consuming finger pointing at other vendors at Freedom Imaging.
Since we employ engineers qualified in every imaging modality, a simple
phone call serves to eliminate the possibility that the problem is being caused
by "the other guy". At Freedom Imaging we have the staff that understands
the other guy's potential issues, so one call usually eliminates all your
service questions or needs.
All senior staff is experienced in the adjustment, repair or replacement on
integrated components that might cause Q.A. problems. Many of the x-ray film
companies consult with our service engineers to discuss and resolve complex and
intermittent problems caused by sensitive film emulsions, newly
developed chemicals or incompatible screens. Our staff will resolve any Q.A.
issue quickly and effectively, while making recommendations to ensure the
problem is not recurring.
Your best source for the resolution of a Q.A. problem is Freedom Imaging.
